• EuroCan holds a licence to cultivate and manufacture medicinal cannabis through 80% stake in Botanical Oils (Pty) Limited
• 16 ha site located at Ha Khitione, Koro-Koro, Lesotho (40km south east of Maseru), adjacent to tarred road
• Land rights secured – Q2 2019
• Land clearance/levelling commenced & completed – Q4 2019
• Construction in progress – Q3 2020
• 2,304m2 of greenhouse facility to be built in Phase 1, along with handling/processing facilities
• Finished facility will achieve the GACP and GMP standards required to take product to the international medicinal markets
