Miguel is a highly skilled and accomplished professional with comprehensive expertise in drug development, quality assurance and manufacturing process validation; his expertise lies in successfully managing teams, processes and programmes contributing to continuous improvement and overall performance excellence, analyzing data, orchestrating data based process decisions, as well as ensuring compliance with local and international regulations (i.e. EMA and FDA).

Andrea Cohen
Head of Cultivation
As Head Grower at Sunnyside Organics, Andrea started and ran a successful cannabis clone operation in California; by 2017 she had produced all the clones necessary for the grow comprising 3,500 clones in 4 strains. Andrea also has experience in designing organic feeding schedules, health & grow cycles and establishing organic pest & fungicide control methods.

Yoav Segal
Director of Cultivation - Botanical Oils (Pty) Ltd
As the Head Grower and Farm Manager of Sunnyside Organics between 2015 and 2017, Yoav had day-to-day responsibility for feeding, spraying, harvesting and site & worker management, overseeing annual operational growth of over 50%.

David Hill
Director
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, David has worked in finance roles for the past 16 years. In addition David was previously the owner-director of a small UK manufacturing business and has worked as an auditor for Grant Thornton in Western Australia.

Chris O'Connor
Chris is an English qualified Lawyer with over 13 years of post-qualification legal experience focussed on corporate finance transactions in emerging markets throughout Africa, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Chris trained and practiced at Salans (now Dentons) and moved to in-house practice in 2013.
